Just a reminder, we can only freeze/cancel next month’s payment if your automatic billing date is at least 30 days away. If you’re within 30 days of the payment you want to freeze/cancel, we’ll send an email notifying you that we are unable to process your request and give you the soonest billing date we can freeze/cancel your membership.
